IT Reporting uses role-driven dashboards to present information necessary for project management at BMW. Drill-down access is available to data elements in the areas of budget, schedule, defects, issues and risks.

Project Involvement
During the analysis phase of this project, I analyzed and extended BMW's application graphic design standards in order to ensure compliance by the new system. The production phase called for me to provide extensive HTML coding of over 70 templates, all of which had to conform to a rigorous design grid. When the programming team ran into difficulty with implementing the screens according to BMW standards, I led a troubleshooting effort during which resulted in renovating many screens. I also assigned work tasks to group and tracked completion status.
